“As a member of the Leeswood and Pontblyddyn Community Council, I have been responsible for arranging the provision of festive street light decorations since Christmas 2013 to the present time. Leeswood is a typical welsh village environment with a minor road

for local traffic with a bus route linking local towns and communities. Pontblyddyn is a small village on the junction of two major roads on the primary route network. During this period Mega Electrical, in conjunction with a local traffic management contractor and with the approval of Flintshire County Council Highways Department, have successfully carried out the seasonal erection and dismantling, including maintenance, of the Community Council’s equipment to a satisfactory standard and the approval of the Council.”
